A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
The people behind the work.
Why the people you trust with your work matter.

When you build a business, you put more than time and money into it. You put your judgment, your standards, and your name behind it. As more people join the work, the way they answer a call, resolve a billing issue, or follow through on a promise becomes part of your reputation.
Choosing who handles those responsibilities matters. It is a decision I take seriously as I build Revenue SME.
I’m Juwon Bamisile, and SME stands for Subject Matter Experts. That name reflects what I want this company to stand for: people who understand their field, know how to work through its challenges, and care about getting the details right.
My background in healthcare billing and revenue operations shaped that belief. Working with records, billing systems, and payment issues taught me how closely each part of a process is connected. A discrepancy needs investigation. An unresolved claim needs informed follow-up. Moving an issue forward often comes down to knowing where to look, what to ask, and when to involve someone else.
I have learned to value people who can explain both what they are doing and why. Technical knowledge matters, but so does the judgment to recognize when something needs a closer look.
That is the approach I bring to Revenue SME. Finding the right person starts with understanding the work: the systems involved, the experience it requires, and the problems that person will need to handle. We look for people who can demonstrate relevant knowledge and apply it to a client’s day-to-day needs.
In medical billing, that means understanding claims, payer requirements, and follow-up. In accounting and bookkeeping support, it means careful records, reconciliation, and financial workflows. In technical support, it means methodical troubleshooting and clear explanations for the people who depend on those systems.
The same care belongs in customer service, administration, back-office operations, and accounts receivable. Different responsibilities call for different levels of knowledge. Whether the work is routine or technically demanding, the person doing it should understand what is expected and know when to ask for help.
For a client, our relationship begins with a conversation. Where is your team stretched? Which tasks keep coming back unresolved? What does good support look like in your business? I want us to understand those answers before deciding how we can help.
My standards are straightforward: understand the work, communicate openly, handle information responsibly, and follow through. When something is unclear, ask. When an issue needs attention, raise it. Those everyday habits are how a working relationship earns trust.
You have worked hard to build your business. My commitment is to build Revenue SME into a partner you can rely on—one that brings the right knowledge to the work and gives your team room to focus on what comes next.
I look forward to hearing your story and learning how we can support it.
