Who we are
Revenue SME LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company serving U.S. businesses at launch. This notice covers our website, sales inquiries, consultation bookings and website administration. Client-service processing is governed separately by the applicable client agreement and required notices; public forms are not a channel for client records. Privacy contact: info@revenuesme.com. Mailing address only: 461 Monroe Turnpike #1007, Monroe, CT 06468.
Information and purposes
When you inquire, we collect your name, work email, company, service interest, message and optional phone number, plus submission and follow-up records, to respond and discuss services. Requests are delivered to our founder’s business mailbox. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing or book an appointment. Booking collects your name, email, selected appointment and any optional phone number or notes you provide. We use these details to arrange the meeting, send confirmations and manage changes or cancellations. Calendar availability is used to prevent conflicting appointments. Website and security systems process technical information such as IP address, browser and device signals, requests and authentication activity to deliver pages, prevent spam and protect access. Authorized administration uses account details, access permissions and activity records to maintain the site.
Who handles information
At launch, the founder accesses sales inquiries and booking records from the United States. Hosting, storage, authentication, email, scheduling and security providers process the information needed to operate these functions. Our primary website database is in the United States; this does not mean every provider’s network, support or security processing is limited to that location. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to address misuse and protect legal rights. Public inquiry and booking information is not authorization to process confidential client data through a new service arrangement.
Retention
We retain unsuccessful sales inquiries for six months after the last contact and review them monthly for deletion. Eligible records may remain until the next monthly review. The review covers the website record and related email or exported copies under our control. Booking information is retained as needed to arrange the consultation, manage changes and follow up; records that form part of an unsuccessful sales inquiry follow that six-month review. Ongoing client relationships and records needed for a legal obligation or dispute are handled separately. Account, security and administrative records are retained as needed to manage access, investigate abuse and document relevant actions. Deletion from active records does not immediately remove copies from provider logs or backups, which follow their applicable retention cycles and access restrictions.
Privacy requests
Email info@revenuesme.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy or other rights available under applicable law. You do not need an account. We may verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority using information appropriate to the request; do not send passwords or sensitive records. If we decline a request, you can appeal by emailing the same address with the subject “Privacy appeal”. We handle requests and appeals within the periods required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception or permitted extension. Where Connecticut privacy rights apply, the response period is generally 45 days, with an additional 45 days where permitted, and appeals receive a response within 60 days. You may raise a complaint with the Connecticut Attorney General at https://portal.ct.gov/ag or another applicable regulator. Exercising applicable privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.
